There are hereby incorporated by reference as if set out fully herein, the zoning regulations adopted by the governing body of the City of Altoona, Kansas, as prepared by the city and consisting of Ordinance Nos. _________________________ and entitled, “Zoning Regulations of the City of Altoona, Kansas.” No fewer than three copies of the zoning regulations, shall be filed with the city clerk to be open for inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours.

There are further herein incorporated by reference and adopted an Official Zoning Map delineating the boundaries of zoning districts and the classification of such districts which map shall be marked “Zoning Map of the City of Altoona” as adopted by Ordinance No. ____ and filed with the Zoning Administrator to be open for inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. Said zoning map has been further amended by Ordinance Nos. 2016-1 and 2017-02.
